2025 All American Youth

I, the person making this transaction, give permission to the minor I am signing up, to enter this event, and will not hold the municipality, IBRA, All
American Youth, Cooper Steel Arena, show organizers, and/or any persons connected with this event responsible in case of accident, injury or death which may occur to me, my
horse, my child, and/or my property if an incident may occur. I understand the risk of this sport and take full responsibility for myself and my child if an incident may occur. By
entering, it is understood that I have read and understand my full responsibility. By entering I acknowledge that I have read and comply with all the show rules.
WARNING – Under Tennessee Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine
activities, pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, title 44, chapter 20.
Contestant grants permission to the IBRA for the use of photos and videos of member taken at IBRA sanctioned events to be used on IBRA’s website, Facebook page and promotional materials.
Contestant agrees that any suit, legal action, and/or claim (collectively “claim”) against IBRA and/or its officers, members, agents, and/or employees shall be made in a court located in Jefferson County, Kentucky and that the parties shall
waive jury trial in any such action. The substantially prevailing party in any such action upon final non-appealable judgment shall be responsible for the reasonable attorney fees and costs of the other party in connection with such claim.
