The MEGA Vendor Application

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE COMPLETING
This agreement is made and entered into by and between the International Barrel Racing Association (hereinafter “IBRA”) and the Vendor. This agreement is a legal contract and entitles the Vendor to vending space, as agreed below, during the 2025 The MEGA Barrel Race hosted at the Cooper Steel Arena at 721 Whitthorne St. Shelbyville, TN 37160. The Vendor agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations stipulated below. IBRA agrees to provide vending space and to promote and advertise this event.
RESERVATIONS HELD BY PAYMENT! SPACE IS LIMITED. SPONSORS ARE GIVEN PREFERENCES. IF WE DO NOT HAVE ROOM OR IF WE HAVE TOO MANY VENDORS IN YOUR PARTICULAR BUSINESS YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE RETURNED. WE HAVE AN EXCLUSIVE SPONSOR THROUGH PRORIDER SADDLERY. ONLY PRORIDER IS ALLOWED TO VEND SADDLES AT THE SHOW. Cancellations are non refundable unless we are able to resell your spot. Vendors may not resell spots without confirmation from IBRA.

Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable Rules and Regulations of the IBRA, as stated in the IBRA rulebook (accessible at IBRA.US), which is incorporated into this agreement and by reference made a part hereof, and with all other The MEGA rules and regulations which may from time to time, as necessary, be formulated by the IBRA. A copy of this agreement will be signed and returned to you upon acceptance. This constitutes agreement of Vendor’s participation at the MEGA. Vendor will have their assigned vending area set up on 11/6/25 and will complete tear down no later than 11/9/25. It is the decision of the IBRA whether or not vendors can set up after the move in date.
Limitation of Liability: International Barrel Racing Association assumes no responsibility for any property placed on the facilities by vendor and is hereby expressly relieved and discharged from any and all liability for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property that may be sustained by reason of the occupancy of Cooper Steel Arena, The Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration Association and/or any property that the show is hosted on, under this agreement. Should event be canceled vendor fees will be returned less any credit card processing fees incurred by the IBRA.
